Paul brings over 40 years of global development and investment experience in a range of industries.
He is the Executive Chairman of the PMG group of companies and the Non-Executive Chairman of Tribe Infrastructure.
He has led many large development projects including Trident Park Waste to Energy plant, BT Data Centre and a new stadium for Cardiff City football club.
